氧化石墨烯改性聚酯纺丝加工技术探究

摘要: 氧化石墨烯改性聚酯纤维具有多种对人体健康有益的功能。从结晶干燥、纺丝熔体制备、上油、拉伸变形、产品拉伸力学性能与结构5个方面,对氧化石墨烯改性聚酯纺丝加工技术深入探究。结果表明:结晶干燥按常规聚酯切片工艺执行;纺丝熔体制备不受气体氛围的影响,温度区间宽,但在螺杆中的停留时间对黏度降有很大影响;纺丝上油量明显高于常规品种;拉伸变形时,出现底部退绕不尽、过尾断头的问题;POY、DTY拉伸力学性能偏低,其中,POY的强度及断裂伸长明显低于常规产品,不利于后道加工的稳定。研究结果可为氧化石墨烯改性聚酯的产业化增速提供参考。

Abstract: Graphene oxide modified polyester fiber has a variety of functions beneficial to human health. This paper conducts in-depth study of the spinning technology of graphene oxide modified polyester from five aspects of crystallization and drying, spinning melt preparation, oiling, draw-texturing and tensile mechanical properties of products. The results show that: the crystallization and drying are implemented in accordance with the conventional polyester chip process. The preparation of the spinning melt is free from the influence of gas atmosphere. The temperature range is wide, but the residence time in the screw has a great influence on the viscosity drop. The amount of spinning oil is significantly higher than that of the conventional varieties. During the tensile deformation, there exist some problems, such as endless bottom unwinding and end breakage. The tensile mechanical properties of POY and DTY are relatively low, while the strength and breaking elongation of POY are obviously lower than those of conventional products, which are not conducive to stable post-processing. The research results are expected to provide a reference for the industrial growth of graphene oxide modified polyester.
