高长径比银纳米线的制备及其应用

Fabrication and application of high aspect ratio silver nanowires

摘要: 应用多元醇法制备银纳米线(AgNWs),分析影响银纳米线形貌的原因,并测试最佳条件下合成的AgNWs的外观形貌、化学结构、结晶性能,然后将AgNWs分散到无水乙醇中,对棉织物进行整理,最后采用浸渍-烘干法将AgNWs整理到已经过等离子体预处理的棉织物表面,对整理后的棉织物进行抗紫外性能、导电性、抗菌性能测试。结果表明:合成的最佳AgNWs最长可达127.54 μm,平均76.72 μm,长径比为1189;等离子体处理提高了棉织物对AgNWs的附着性能;AgNWs整理可使棉织物方块电阻低至5.67 Ω/sq,AgNWs质量浓度为10 g/L时,UPF值可达65.9,能够满足抗紫外标准,同时整理的棉织物能够形成明显的抑菌圈,具有抗菌效果。实验制备的棉织物具有多功能特性,可作为功能性织物进一步开发应用。

Abstract: Silver nanowires (AgNWs) were synthesized using polyol. The reasons affecting the morphology of silver nanowires were analyzed and the appearance, chemical structure and crystallization properties of AgNWs synthesized under the optimal conditions were tested. Then, AgNWs were dispersed into anhydrous ethanol to finish cotton fabric. Finally, AgNWs were finished on the surface of cotton fabric which had been pretreated by plasma by impregnation drying method, and the UV resistance, conductivity and antibacterial properties of the finished cotton fabric were tested. The results show that the longest length of AgNWs is 127.54 μ m, the average length is 76.72 μ m, and the ratio of length to diameter is 1189; the adhesion of AgNWs to cotton fabric is improved by plasma treatment; the sheet resistance of cotton fabric is as low as 5.67 Ω /sq, and when the mass concentration of AgNWs is 10 g/L, the UPF value can reach 65.9. At the same time, the finished cotton fabric can form an obvious antibacterial circle with antibacterial effect. The cotton fabric with multi-functional properties can be used as a functional fabric for further application.
