电弧防护面料防护性能影响因素研究进展

摘要: 电弧防护服装在电力、石化等行业具有广泛应用,其电弧防护性能受到生产和使用过程中众多因素的影响。文章介绍了电弧防护面料的防护性能参数及影响因素,总结了电弧防护面料纤维组成、厚度、组织结构、透气性和颜色以及使用过程中沾染的汗液、油污、粉尘等对电弧防护性能的影响规律。文章内容可为电弧防护面料的设计开发和防护服的有效使用提供参考。

Abstract: Arc protective clothing is widely used in electric and petrochemical industries. Its arc protection performance is affected by many factors in the production and use. The article introduced the arc protection performance parameters and influencing factors of arc protection fabrics, and discussed the influence the of fiber composition, thickness, woven fabrics structure, air permeability and color of arc protection fabrics, contamination such as sweat, oil and dust on the arc protection performance. Some suggestions on the design and development of arc protection fabric are put forward. This study provides a basis for the design and development of arc protection fabrics and the efficient use of arc protection clothing.
