Analysis of related influencing factors of cool feeling of knitted cool fabric

针织凉感面料的性能相关影响因素分析

Abstract: In order to study the relationship between the properties and influencing factors of knitted cool fabric, knitted fabrics with cool feeling are knitted with weft plain stitch and pique stitch using polyester fiber with excellent cooling. Next, the surface density, air permeability, thermal resistance, moisture permeability, CLO value, thermal conductivity,and the contact cool feeling coefficient of the cool feeling knitted fabrics are tested. The results show that the greater the contact cool feeling coefficient, the better the cool feeling. Then, a linear correlation analysis is carried out on the thermal and moisture performance parameters of the cool feeling knitted fabric and contact cool feeling coefficient. Finally, a multiple linear model on the contact cool feeling coefficient is established to optimize the cooling performance of cool fabrics by changing the weight of different influencing factors.

摘要: 为了研究针织凉感面料的性能与影响因素的关系,选取具有优良凉感性能的涤纶纤维,采用纬平针和四角网眼组织织造出具有凉感性能的针织物,测试该凉感针织物的面密度、透气率、热阻、透湿率、克罗值、热导率和接触凉感值,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:测试凉感针织物的接触凉感系数,接触凉感系数越大,则凉感性能越好。然后对凉感针织物性能参数与接触凉感系数进行线性相关分析,并建立关于接触凉感系数的多元线性回归模型,通过改变不同影响因素的权重大小来优化针织凉感面料凉感性能。
