摘要: 为探讨零浪费技术在现代服装产业中的适用性,根据合体服装的设计思维,将零浪费技术分为零浪费裁剪和直接成型两个大类。通过虚拟试衣技术对普适性较高的零浪费裁剪技术进行实践演示,分析不同技术在实践应用中的造型要点和产业发展潜力,并结合品牌案例分析零浪费技术在产业应用中的局限性。新兴的直接成型技术拓展了零浪费合体服装设计的维度,设计师可根据织造技术的不同特性进行创新。对零浪费技术的进一步研究,符合高校培养复合人才、品牌提升创新能力和产业绿色转型的需要。

Abstract: In order to discuss the applicability of zero-waste technology in modern garment industry, zero-waste technology is divided into zero-waste cutting and direct molding according to the design thinking of fit garment. Virtual fitting technology is used to demonstrate the high universality of zero-waste cutting technology, analyze the key modeling points and industrial development potential of different technologies in practical application, and analyze the limitations of zero-waste technology in industrial application combined with brand cases. The emerging direct forming technology expands the dimension of zero-waste fitted garment design and designers can innovate according to the different characteristics of weaving technology and nonwoven technology. Further research on zero-waste technology is in line with the needs of colleges and universities to cultivate composite talents, and enhance the innovation ability of brands and green industrial transformation.
