    Influence of Polar Solvent on Structure and Properties of m-Aramid Fiber

    Dyeing difficulty of maramid fiber restricts its application in textile fabric. This paper uses polar solvent for maramid fiber pretreatment and discusses the influence of DMAc treatment with polar solvent on the structure and properties of maramid fiber. The study shows that hydrogen bond structure, crystal structure and morphological structure of maramid fiber change greatly after DMAc treatment, thus causing the change of mechanical property of fiber and great improvement of dye uptake of disperse dyes.

    With PA6/PE seaisland composite superfine fiber as research object, this paper analyzes the influence of treatment temperature and time on fiber splitting process with SEM and DSC. The result shows that the splitting degree of composite fiber shows an increasing trend with the increase of treatment temperature and time under certain conditions. This paper obtains optimal splitting process of PA6/PE composite superfine fiber and provides theoretical basis for the processing and application of PA6/PE seaisland composite superfine fiber in production.

    This study extracts endophyte from ginkgo leaf for cultivation, separates red pigment secreted by endophyte and uses red pigment for real silk fabrics subject to graft modification with amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer quaternary ammonium salt HBP-QAC for the study on dyeing process. Optimal conditions for dyeing process are obtained through single-factor optimal experiment on dyeing process conditions of real silk fabrics modified with HBP-QAC with red pigment secreted by ginkgo biloba endogenous by using K/S value of dyed fabric and relevant color fastness as assessment indicators: temperature 70℃, pH 3, dosage of anhydrous sodium sulphate 15g/L and time 60min. Fabrics dyed under such optimal conditions have washing fastness at grade 5, rubbing fastness at grade 4~5 and color fastness to sunlight at grade 3. Positive surface charge of real silk fabrics after modification with HBPQAC increases, thus reinforcing the acting force of ionic bond between fabric and dye and improving K/S value and color fastness of dyed silk fabrics.

    This paper analyzes factors influencing the preparation of sodium polyacrylate/starch composite thickener with orthogonal test and single factor experiment, including mass ratio of starch and AA, neutralization of acrylic acid, initiator dosage (%, mass fraction in acrylic acid), crosslinking agent (%, mass fraction in acrylic acid) and reaction temperature (℃), and determines the optimal process by testing viscosity and PVI of the original thickener and conducting infrared spectroscopy test. The orthogonal experiment shows that monomer ratio, neutralization and initiator have great influence on properties of composite thickener. The result of test and analysis on monomer ratio, neutralization and initiator dosage in single factor experiment shows that composite thickener has better properties under such conditions as starch:AA=1∶9, neutralization 80%, initiator dosage 0.15% (to total amount of monomers), crosslinking agent dosage 0.4% (mass fraction in acrylic acid) and reaction temperature 80℃.

    With cyanuric chloride and polyethylene glycol 400 as main raw materials, this study synthesizes compound BTP400 containing dual dichloro and striazine active groups, investigates the influence of synthetic process factors on BTP400 productivity, characterizes product structure with infrared and mass spectrum and investigates anti-winkle property of cotton fabrics treated with BTP400. The result shows compound BTP400 is prepared successfully; its productivity is 87.3% under synthetic process conditions after optimization; when its mass concentration is 12 g/L, dry wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabrics increases to 207° from 146°; after fabrics are washed for 30 times, dry winkle recovery angle still reaches 202°. They have good washability and their whiteness and breaking force are equal to those of original fabrics.

    With coco-glucoside (APG0814) as foaming agent for anti-wrinkle finishing, this paper analyzes foaming (foaminess and foam stabilization) properties of APG0814 aqueous solution with shearing method, discusses the influence of anti-wrinkle finishing auxiliary (anti-wrinkle agent TF-650, catalyst TF-651 and acetic acid) on foaming properties of APG0814 aqueous solution and studies the influence of alginate sodium and anionic surfactant on foaming properties of anti-winkle finishing liquid (containing APG0814, anti-wrinkle agent TF-650, catalyst TF-651 and acetic acid). The result shows that foaminess and foam stability of APG0814 aqueous solution increase with the increase of concentration and finally approach a stable value; the addition of anti-wrinkle agent TF-650 reduces the foam stability of APG0814 but does not have great influence on foaminess; the addition of catalyst TF-651 or acetic acid significantly reduces foaming properties of APG0814 aqueous solution, but concentration variation of anti-wrinkle finishing auxiliary does not have great influence on foaming properties of APG0814 aqueous solution. After alginate sodium is added to anti-winkle finishing agent, foam stability increases but foaminess does not increase greatly. After the addition of anionic surfactant SDS, both foaminess and foam stability of anti-wrinkle finishing agent increase.

    This paper discusses production characteristics of colored spun yarn, analyzes the influence of rubber covered roller and card clothing on the quality of colored spun yarn and determines the selection and use of accessories according to spinning quality comparison result through trial spinning with rubber covered roller of ring spun yarn and card clothing of carding machine. The result shows that polyurethane rubber covered roller has excellent elasticity and good abrasive resistance and anti-adherence function, meets requirements of multispecies, small batch and high quality of colored spun yarn and can effectively improve the spinnability of color fiber and evenness of yarn; the use of cylinder card clothing with thin base and double curved surfaces can improve the transfer ability of fiber on cylinder from cylinder to doffer, avoid fiber damage caused by excessive carding and carding reduction, improve the strength and evenness of yarn, increase lateral teeth density, reinforce carding effect for fiber and reduce cotton neps and color neps, especially obvious neps.

    This paper puts forward outstanding features of polyurethane rubber covered roller through the analysis on cost performance of polyurethane rubber covered roller and butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber covered roller. In allusion to technical bottlenecks for the failure of large-scale application of polyurethane rubber covered roller in textile field, Rejeper Polyurethane has achieved systematic innovation and breakthrough in automatic manufacturing of rubber covered roller, performance optimization and rubber covered roller application. This paper points out disadvantages of traditional rubber covered roller in current compact spinning and compact siro spinning. Under the current trend of high-speed, high-yield and large-quantity spinning technology, polyurethane rubber covered roller adapts to the development of textile technology, provides high-quality new accessories of spinning and drafting for the transformation of textile industry from extensive to intensive operation modes and is good for energy conservation and consumption reduction of textile enterprises and the improvement of spinning quality.

    Increasing spinning speed of spun yarn without increasing broken ends and energy consumption in high-speed spinning process has great significance for improving economic benefit of enterprises. This paper describes requirements of high-speed spinning for steel collar and traveler and how to verify their matching effect reasonably, briefly introduces breakthroughs and success of Qiusheng Company in new high-speed steel collar and traveler and special specification through transformation and upgrading of materials, equipment, heat treatment and surface treatment in recent years, and points out that steel collar and traveler have low friction coefficient and good consistency, short startup period, good energy-saving property, long life and strong adaptability to high-speed compact spinning and high-speed ring spinning and will be the development direction of ring spinning steel collar and traveler of ring spinning in the future.

    Good selection and use of key equipment of spinning by spinning enterprises determine the stability of spinning quality to a certain extent and influence spinning efficiency and enterprise revenue. This paper introduces the latest development of key equipment of spinning, puts forward selection principles of key equipment of spinning and analyzes characteristics of carding, drawing and twisting and winding equipment. Carding equipment includes card wire cotton and combing components; drawing equipment includes cradle, roller, rubber covered roller and rubber gasket, top pin and bottom pin and lattice apron; twisting and winding equipment includes spindle, steel collar, steel traveler and copper pipe. Spinning enterprises shall attach importance to the selection and management of key equipment and use products with high quality, good service and high cost performance. This will be one of their effective means for quality improvement, product development and transformation and upgrading.

    This paper introduces technical innovation of spinning machines on the 17th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, organizes technical innovation of machines and equipment for each process including cotton carding, carding, rough yarn, spun yarn and spooling and points out that automation, intelligence and information network are the development trend of spinning machine and that it is required to attach importance to the optimization of spinning equipment and give full play to its role as pioneer in spinning. According to the analysis on domestic and foreign spinning equipment and various spinning devices displayed on the inhibition, the technical performance of domestic spinning machines and various key equipment of spinning has improved significantly and some have approached the international level and can replace those imported. Positive use of domestic spinning machines and equipment with excellent performance is one of the measures for improving economic benefit of enterprises.

    This paper introduces performance features of new environmentally friendly sizing agent CD-DF868 and conducts contrastive analysis on sizing and weaving effect of new formula process of sizing agent CD-DF868 and PVA traditional formula. The analysis shows that sizing agent CD-DF868 can replace 100% PVA sizing agent, realize environmentally friendly sizing without PVA, meet quality requirements of users for green and environmental protection features of products and better adapt to the demand for green and environmental protection features in the current society.

    This paper studies wool tapestry cultural relics unearthed in Xinjiang over the years. The result shows that wool tapestry has a long history in Xinjiang; nomadic people in Xinjiang mastered weavingembroidering technology and wool tapestry products produced with weaving-embroidering method occurred in Xia and Shang dynasties 3800years far from now. Then, wool tapestry products were unearthed successively in various regions in Xinjiang. In Han and Wei dynasties, weaving-embroidering technology became more mature and there were diversified techniques and exquisite products. Besides local products, weaving-embroidery hanging fragments of exquisite Centaur in Greek mythology were found. The product is considered as imported goods flown into China via Silk Road.

    Starting with the mechanism of viscose dissolution with alkaline sodium hypochlorite, this paper studies the importance of neutralization step with diluted acetic acid solution in standard GB/T 2910.4—2009 and meanwhile analyzes the influence of different neutralization washing methods on the accuracy of detection result. The result shows that sodium hydroxide in sodium hypochlorite will damage viscose; d value of viscose deviates from the standard when diluted acetic acid solution is not used for neutralization and water is directly used for washing; the neutralization method with synchronous soaking and stirring is more accurate and effective.
