摘要: 文章以锦纶6/聚乙烯(PA6/PE)海岛型复合超细纤维为研究对象,借助扫描电镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)两种表征手段分析了处理温度和时间对纤维开纤效果的影响。结果表明:在一定的条件下,随着处理温度和时间的增加,复合纤维的开纤程度呈现增加的趋势。从而得到了PA6/PE复合超细纤维的最佳开纤工艺,为PA6/PE海岛型复合超细纤维在生产上的加工应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: With PA6/PE seaisland composite superfine fiber as research object, this paper analyzes the influence of treatment temperature and time on fiber splitting process with SEM and DSC. The result shows that the splitting degree of composite fiber shows an increasing trend with the increase of treatment temperature and time under certain conditions. This paper obtains optimal splitting process of PA6/PE composite superfine fiber and provides theoretical basis for the processing and application of PA6/PE seaisland composite superfine fiber in production.
