摘要: 为实现织物多功能性,选择蜂窝抗菌涤纶纤维、蜂窝抗紫外涤纶纤维、蜂窝玉石涤纶纤维和天丝作为纱线原材料,通过改变纬纱种类、混纺比、织物组织设计了A~E系列共17种织物,又通过改变纬纱密度设计了F系列5种织物,并对织物的拉伸断裂性能、抗起毛起球性能、折皱回复性能、透气性能和透湿性能进行测试及评价。结果表明:组织交织越紧密,拉伸断裂性能越强,纬向的断裂强力和断裂伸长率随着纬纱密度的增加而变大。织物的抗起毛起球性能随织物组织交织紧密程度和平均浮长长度的增加而增强。纬纱中的蜂窝改性涤纶纤维比例越大,织物的折皱回复性能越佳。随纬纱密度的增加,织物透湿率先变大后减小,当纬纱密度为40 根/cm时透湿性能最强。研究结果可为开发服用性能优良的混纺交织物提供一定的参考。

Abstract: " With the development of science and technology, people's pursuit of a better wearing experience has been continuously increasing, and the public's concern for their own health has also been deepening. The honeycomb structure of honeycomb polyester fiber gives it excellent breathability and moisture permeability. Tencel fiber, with its certain luster and comfortable hand feel, is often used in the field of apparel. To achieve multifunctionality and comfort in fabrics, five blended yarns were designed using honeycomb antibacterial polyester fiber, honeycomb ultraviolet-resistant polyester fiber, honeycomb jade polyester fiber, and Tencel as raw materials for the yarns. In this study, mulberry silk was chosen as the warp thread, and the blended yarn as the weft thread. The tensile strength, pilling resistance, wrinkle recovery performance, breathability, and moisture permeability of 22 fabrics were tested to investigate the effects of weft blending ratio, weft density, and organization structure on the wearability of the fabrics. The results indicated that the tighter the fabric weave, the stronger the tensile strength, with both the breaking strength and elongation at break in the weft direction increasing as the weft density increased. The pilling resistance of the fabric improved with the tightness of the fabric weave and the increase in average float length. The higher the proportion of honeycomb-modified polyester fibers in the weft yarn, the better the wrinkle recovery performance of the fabric. The wrinkle recovery performance of fabrics was negatively correlated with the density of weft yarns. The breathability of fabrics decreased with the increase of weft yarn density. With the increase in weft density, the moisture permeability of the fabric initially increased and then decreased, reaching its peak when the weft density was 40 yarns/cm. These research results can provide certain design reference for developing fabrics with excellent wearability."
