Abstract

Abstract: In view of the problems of complex supervision process, high cost and backward technology of raw silk inspection, an efficient intelligent raw silk logistics solution is designed and an integrated customs clearance mode composed of enterprise intelligent warehouse management system, intelligent transportation supervision system and customs clearance video monitoring system is built based on image recognition, sensor, RFID, GPS, X-ray and other technologies.Combined with the use of the new type of seal, this system can realize intelligent detection and rapid customs clearance of raw silk, thereby reducing various risks, improving efficiency, and realizing the innovation of raw silk product transportation and sales mode.

摘要： 针对目前生丝检验监管流程复杂、成本高以及技术落后的问题,利用图像识别、传感器、RFID、GPS、X光等技术,设计一种高效的智能生丝物流方案,并搭建包含企业智能仓储管理系统、智能运输监管系统和通关视频监控系统相结合的一体化通关模式。本系统结合新型封识的使用,可达到生丝智能检测与快速通关的目的,降低各项风险,提高效率,实现生丝产品运销模式的创新。
