Research on the dynamic evolution and innovation frontier of domestic smart textile technology integration based on knowledge graph

摘要: 科技创新是助力纺织行业高质量发展的重要途径,也是实现纺织技术发展和产业升级的重要措施。基于incoPat专利数据库平台,利用Gephi图谱分析软件剖析国内智能纺织品技术融合及创新研究的发展趋势、动态演化、关注热点和前沿等。结果表明:21世纪以来,国内智能纺织品技术领域专利技术融合发展大致分为萌芽期、快速增长期和稳定发展期3个阶段,总体呈逐年上升趋势。2012年以后,具有智能化、安全性和效率等维度特征的专利技术融合趋势比较明显,在提高产品便利性、降低复杂度和提高效率上,技术融合动态效果更显著;通过对技术融合动态演化数据可视化分析,发现智能纺织品技术在不同阶段的融合专利数量存在明显差异。在新冠疫情影响下,该领域技术对医用防护服和相关可穿戴设备的安全性和性能起到积极的推动作用;最后通过聚类分析和文本挖掘,得到智能制造新模式、智能纺织装备及共性技术和新型纺织材料等是该领域当前的研究热点,纺织成型制造、纺织纤维新材料、先进纺织制品与可穿戴系统等技术近两年迅速发展,成为该领域的研究前沿。

Abstract: Technological innovation is an important way to help the high-quality development of the textile industry as well as an important measure to achieve the development of textile technology and industrial upgrading. Based on the incoPat patent database platform, this paper uses Gephi and other graph analysis software to analyze the development trend, dynamic evolution, hot spots and frontiers of domestic intelligent textile technology integration and innovation research. The results show that since the beginning ofthe 21st century, the number of patented technology integration in this field can be roughly divided into germination stage, rapid growth stage and stable development stage, showing an upward trend year by year. After 2012, the patented technology integration with dimensions such as intelligence, security and efficiency tends to be pronounced. In terms of improving product convenience, reducing complexity and improving efficiency, the dynamic effect of technology integration is more significant. Through the visualization analysis of dynamic evolution data of technology integration, it is found that there are obvious differences in the number of fusion patents of intelligent textile technology in the three different stages. Under the influence of COVID-19, intelligent textile technology has played a positive role in promoting the safety and performance of medical protective clothing and related wearable devices.Finally, through cluster analysis and text mining, new models of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent textile equipment and commonalities technology, and new textile materials are the current research hotspots in this field, and technologies such as textile molding manufacturing, new textile fiber materials, advanced textile products and wearable systems have developed rapidly in the past two years, becoming the research frontier in this field.
