Abstract: Good selection and use of key equipment of spinning by spinning enterprises determine the stability of spinning quality to a certain extent and influence spinning efficiency and enterprise revenue. This paper introduces the latest development of key equipment of spinning, puts forward selection principles of key equipment of spinning and analyzes characteristics of carding, drawing and twisting and winding equipment. Carding equipment includes card wire cotton and combing components; drawing equipment includes cradle, roller, rubber covered roller and rubber gasket, top pin and bottom pin and lattice apron; twisting and winding equipment includes spindle, steel collar, steel traveler and copper pipe. Spinning enterprises shall attach importance to the selection and management of key equipment and use products with high quality, good service and high cost performance. This will be one of their effective means for quality improvement, product development and transformation and upgrading.
