填料在功能复合材料中取向构筑的研究进展

摘要: 在聚合体系内加入功能填料是赋予复合材料功能化较为广泛的方式之一。然而,功能填料在自然状态下无法实现其在聚合体系内的有序分布及取向排列,因此,无法有效实现其功能赋予的最大价值。对此,通过施加外场诱导功能填料取向,是简便有效的手段。本文对不同取向构筑方式进行了归纳与总结,对比了各取向构筑方式的优缺点,并分析了目前填料取向功能复合材料的应用及发展现状。最后,对功能填料在复合材料中的取向构筑研究进行了展望,以促进取向填料功能复合材料的进一步发展。

Abstract: Incorporating functional fillers into polymerization systems is an extensive strategy for synthesizing high-performance functional composites. However, it is hard to realize the orderly distribution and orientation arrangement of functional fillers in the polymerization system under the natural state. Therefore, it is difficult to play the effective value of functional fillers. Applying the external field to induce the orientation of functional fillers is a simple and effective means to solve this issue. In the first place, this paper reviewed the different orientation construction methods. Afterwards, we compared the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods. Moreover, we discussed the application and development status of filler orientation functional composites. Finally, the orientation construction for functional fillers in composites was forecast to advance the further development of filler orientation functional composites.
