摘要: 磁控溅射技术作为一种生态环保的薄膜沉积技术,在纺织领域得到广泛的关注。本文综述了磁控溅射技术在纺织品功能化、纺织品仿生结构生色以及膜基结合稳定性方面的研究进展,概述了磁控溅射技术在纺织基材上的沉积原理和特点,靶材分类及常见靶材的应用特点,并指出磁控溅射技术目前存在的不足及相应的改善策略。该技术的应用有利于纺织染整业的可持续发展。

Abstract: Magnetron sputtering, as an ecological environmental protection film deposition technology, has been widely concerned in the textile field. This paper summarizes the research progress of magnetron sputtering technology in the fields of textile functionalization, structure coloring and film-substrate bonding stability, briefly introduces the deposition principle and characteristics of magnetron sputtering on textile substrates, the classification of targets and the application characteristics of common targets, and points out the current shortcomings of magnetron sputtering and corresponding improvement strategies. The application of this technology is conducive to the sustainable development of textile dyeing and finishing industry.
