Effect of Loganin structure modified product on the dyeing property of pure silk

马钱苷结构修饰产物对真丝绸的染色性能

Abstract: In order to develop natural iridoid dyes, Loganin was selected for structure modification and its mechanism was discussed. The effect of the modification product on the dyeing properties of pure silk was studied, the whole process of color reaction was analyzed using UV-vis spectroscopy. The condition of color reaction was determined, and the color fastness and antibacterial properties of the dyed pure silk were tested. The results revealed that the Loganin exhibited good dyeing properties on pure silk after being structurally modified by acylation reaction, and the resulting color product exhibited the maximum characteristic light absorption at 465 nm and 670 nm. Under the conditions that the amount of modified product was 6% of the mass of the pure silk, the pH value was 7.5-8.0, at a dyeing temperature of 35-40 ℃ and the dyeing time lasted 5 h, the dyed pure silk had better color fastness and antibacterial property. The modified product enriched the species of the natural iridoids compounds, broadened the chromatographic range, and demonstrated a good application prospect as a brand-new type of functional dyes used for protein fiber.

摘要: 为开发天然环烯醚萜类染料,选取马钱苷进行结构修饰,探讨其结构修饰的机理。研究修饰产物对真丝绸的染色性能,并利用紫外可见光谱分析整个呈色反应过程,确定了呈色反应的条件,测试其染色真丝绸的色牢度和抗菌性能。结果表明:马钱苷经酰化反应结构修饰后对真丝绸具有很好的染色性能,生成颜色产物在465 nm和670 nm处有最大特征光吸收。在修饰产物用量为真丝绸质量的6%,pH值7.5~8.0,染色温度35~40 ℃,染色时间5 h的条件下,染色真丝绸的色牢度和抗菌性较好。该修饰产物增加了天然环烯醚萜类化合物的种类,扩宽了此类化合物的色谱范围,作为一类全新的蛋白质纤维功能型染料具有很好的应用前景。
