Abstract: Reducing the sizing temperature is an important way to save energy for sizing. In order to screen out the main starch sizing suitable for medium temperature sizing, the sizing and sizing film properties of phosphate starch, acetate starch and oxidized starch were studied in this paper. And through the sizing test under different sizing temperature, the sizing performance of each sizing temperature was analyzed and compared, and finally the appropriate medium-temperature sizing temperature was obtained by the objective function method. The results show that the sizing viscosity of the acetate starch has better stability with temperature and holding time, higher specific adhesion, the best sizing film properties, and the sizing properties at medium temperature are close to those of high temperature sizing. Therefore, it is considered feasible to use 75 °C sizing of acetate starch.

摘要: 降低上浆温度是浆纱节能的重要途径。为了筛选出适合中温上浆的淀粉主浆料,本文研究了磷酸酯淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉及氧化淀粉的浆液及浆膜性能。并通过在不同浆液温度下进行上浆试验,分析比较各上浆温度下的浆纱性能,最后采用目标函数法分析得出适宜的中温上浆温度。结果表明:醋酸酯淀粉的浆液黏度随温度和保温时间变化的稳定性较好、比黏附力较高,浆膜各性能最优,且在中温条件上浆的各浆纱性能接近于高温上浆,故醋酸酯淀粉采用75 ℃中温上浆是可行的。
