极性溶剂对间位芳纶纤维结构与性能的影响

Abstract: Dyeing difficulty of maramid fiber restricts its application in textile fabric. This paper uses polar solvent for maramid fiber pretreatment and discusses the influence of DMAc treatment with polar solvent on the structure and properties of maramid fiber. The study shows that hydrogen bond structure, crystal structure and morphological structure of maramid fiber change greatly after DMAc treatment, thus causing the change of mechanical property of fiber and great improvement of dye uptake of disperse dyes.

摘要: 间位芳纶纤维的染色困难限制了其在纺织面料上的应用。文章采用极性溶剂预处理间位芳纶纤维,探讨极性溶剂二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)处理对间位芳纶纤维的结构与性能的影响。研究表明:经过DMAc处理后,间位芳纶纤维的氢键结构、结晶结构以及形态结构发生了较大变化,从而导致纤维的力学性能变化以及分散染料染色上染率的极大提升。
