缝纫工艺参数对防静电织物的性能影响

Influence of sewing process parameters on properties of anti-static fabric

摘要: 为探究缝纫工艺参数对防静电织物静电压半衰期的影响,以嵌织导电纤维织物为研究对象,选取缝纫针针号、缝纫线种类、缝型、缝纫线细度、线迹密度5个缝纫工艺因素,各因素设定3个水平,设计正交实验方案,对不同缝纫工艺条件下织物的防静电性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:除线迹密度外,其余缝纫工艺参数对织物防静电性能均有显著影响,影响程度由高到低依次为缝纫针针号、缝纫线种类、缝型、缝纫线细度;采用14号缝纫针、15 tex(7.5 tex×2)防静电缝纫线、来去缝的缝纫工艺参数时,织物防静电性能保持更好;得到了织物静电压半衰期与缝纫针针号之间的定量关系,并验证了回归方程的精确度。研究结果对服装企业生产防静电服的缝纫工艺参数设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of sewing process parameters on the static voltage half-life of anti-static fabric, with the embedded conductive fiber fabric as the research object, five factors for sewing process, including sewing needle number, sewing thread type, sewing type, sewing thread fineness and stitch density were selected. Three levels were set for each factor respectively, and an orthogonal experimental scheme was designed to test and analyze the anti-static properties of fabrics under different sewing conditions. The results show that except for the stitch density, other sewing process parameters have a significant impact on the anti-static properties of fabrics, and the effect degree from high to low is: sewing needle number, sewing thread type, sewing type and sewing thread fineness. When using the sewing process parameters of 14 sewing needles, 15 tex(7.5 tex×2) anti-static sewing thread and French seam, the anti-static properties of fabrics are better maintained. The quantitative relationship between fabric static voltage half-life and sewing needle number was obtained, and the accuracy of the regression equation was verified. The research results are of guiding significance for the design of sewing process parameters for garment enterprises' anti-static clothing production.
