摘要: 液体非对称传输非织造材料是当前市场上应用范围广且开发价值高的纤维制品。为了探讨液体非对称传输非织造材料的成型方法以及功能性应用特点,简述了液体非对称传输非织造材料的差动毛细效应、润湿梯度效应和蒸腾效应等机理,介绍了静电纺丝、针刺、水刺、化学整理和等离子体改性等非织造成型和整理方法,阐述了液体非对称传输非织造材料在医疗卫生、油水分离和服装领域的应用形式。最后总结了液体非对称传输非织造材料的成型方法的特点,展望了其未来应用趋势。

Abstract: Liquid asymmetric transmission nonwoven materials are fiber products with extensive application and high development value in the current market. To investigate liquid asymmetric transmission nonwoven material forming methods and functional application characteristics, the differential capillary effect, wetting gradient effect and transpiration effect and other mechanisms of liquid asymmetric transmission nonwoven materials were briefly described. The nonwoven forming and finishing processes such as electrospinning, needle punching, hydro-entanglement, chemical finishing and plasma modification were introduced. Moreover, the application forms of liquid asymmetric transmission nonwoven materials in the medical, health care, oil-water separation, moisture absorption and clothing fields were elaborated. Finally, the characteristics of liquid asymmetric transmission nonwoven material forming methods were summarized and the future application tendency was prospected.
