服装结构设计对电磁屏蔽效能的影响

Influence of clothing structure design on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness

摘要: 为建立服装结构设计与电磁屏蔽效能之间的定量关系,选取不锈钢纤维混纺织物,以文化式女装原型为基础,将衣领结构、下摆围、袖长、衣长作为服装结构设计因素,设计并制作9款电磁屏蔽服装。基于屏蔽室法,设计实验服装屏蔽效能测试方法并对其屏蔽效能进行测试,借助正交实验设计、方差分析和线性回归分析探究各结构因素对服装电磁屏蔽效能的影响水平及规律。结果表明:衣领结构、下摆围、袖长、衣长4个因素对服装电磁屏蔽效能均有显著影响,影响程度由高到低依次为衣长、袖长、下摆围、衣领结构。在选择防电磁辐射服装时应更加注重衣长、袖长的结构设计。同时从服装整体结构设计角度出发,建立了服装电磁屏蔽效能与结构设计因素之间的关系模型,经验证,该模型具有良好预测性。

Abstract: In order to establish the quantitative relationship between clothing structure design and electromagnetic shielding efficiency, nine types of electromagnetic shielding clothing were designed and produced by selecting stainless steel fiber blended fabrics and taking the collar structure, hem circumference, sleeve length and clothing length as the design factors of clothing structure based on the prototype of cultural women's clothing. The experimental clothing shielding efficiency test method is designed based on the shielding chamber method and its shielding efficiency is tested, and the influence level and law of electromagnetic shielding efficiency are explored by means of orthogonal experimental design, variance analysis and linear regression analysis. The results show that the four factors of collar structure, hem circumference, sleeve length and length of clothing have significant effect on the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of clothing, the highest degree of influence of the four factors is length of clothing, which is followed by the length of sleeve and the hem circumference, with that of the structure of collar being the lowest. In the choice of anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing, more attention should be paid to the long clothing and long sleeves of the structural design. At the same time, from the point of view of the overall structure design of clothing, a model of the relationship between the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of clothing and structural design factors is established, and the verified model has good predictability.
