咖啡炭改性涤纶/羊毛/有机炭黑纤维复合功能织物的开发及其性能

Abstract: To develop multi-functional high-end worsted fabric integrating heat storage, antistatic, odor absorption and other functions, multi-component fiber blending method was adopted by combining with changes of different fabric structures. Selecting the coffee carbon modified polyester fiber, high quality wool fiber and organic carbon black fiber as the blending materials, five kinds of fabric with different contents of coffee carbon modified polyester fiber and four kinds of fabric with different structures were designed. The compound functions of the fabric were tested and analyzed. In addition, the regression equation for the fabric thermal insulation rate, temperature increment, adsorptivity of formaldehyde and the content of coffee carbon modified polyester fiber was established respectively using origin software. The development idea and the final product of multi-component fiber compound functional wool worsted fabric were obtained, providing a technical reference for the R&D of new-type compound functional products.

摘要: 为开发蓄热保暖、抗静电、吸附异味等多功能于一体的高端毛精纺面料,采用多组分纤维混纺与织物不同组织结构变化相结合的方式,优选咖啡炭改性涤纶纤维、高品质羊毛纤维及有机炭黑纤维作为混纺原料,设计了5种不同咖啡炭改性涤纶纤维含量和4种不同组织结构的织物,对织物的复合功能性进行了测试和剖析,并运用origin软件分别建立织物保温率、温升度及对甲醛的吸附性和咖啡炭改性涤纶纤维含量之间的回归方程,获取了多组分纤维复合功能毛精纺面料的开发思路及产品成果,为新型复合功能产品研发提供了技术参考。
