多功能超疏水纺织品的制备及应用研究进展

Abstract: Multi-functional textiles with special wettability have attracted more and more attention for their potential application, and the proposal of "lotus effect" has furtherly attracted researchers' interests in the development of the special wettability. This paper firstly summarized methods forconstructing micro-nano structures on fabrics to adjust the special wettability, then made a representation for the superhydrophobic theory and applications in self-cleaning, oil-water separation and corrosion resistance (such as resistance to acid, alkali and salt solution). Finally, we summarized the critical issues existing in constructing superhydrophobic coatings and prospected their applications in the future.

摘要: 在实际生产和生活中,具有特殊润湿性的多功能纺织品引起人们越来越多的关注,“荷叶效应”的提出推动了国内外研究者对材料表面特殊浸润性的进一步探究。本文针对在材料表面通过构造微纳米结构来调节特殊浸润性所涉及的方法进行了归纳,综述了材料超疏水性能的基本原理及其在自清洁、油水分离、耐腐蚀(如耐酸、碱、盐溶液)等方面的应用,总结了材料超疏水表面构建过程中存在的一些问题,并展望了超疏水材料的应用前景。
