高光谱成像技术在纺织检测领域的研究进展

Abstract: Hyperspectral imaging technology, as an advanced technique integrating two-dimensional imaging and spectral technology, can obtain spatial and spectral information of research objects simultaneously. With the development of the market, higher requirements are put forward for the testing efficiency of textiles and environmental protection of the testing process. It is necessary to adopt new technologies to develop new testing methods. This paper introduces the principles, equipment, image acquisition and processing methods of the hyperspectral imaging technology. The research results of hyperspectral imaging technology in textile testing fields such as cotton impurity detection, textile component analysis and textile color measurement are summarized. Combined with the research status, the application direction and research ideas of hyperspectral imaging technology in textile inspection were put forward.

摘要: 高光谱成像技术融合了二维成像和光谱技术,可以同时获取待测物的空间及光谱信息,是一种先进的技术手段。随着市场的发展,对纺织品的检测效率、检测过程的绿色环保都提出了更高的要求,需要采用新技术开发新的检测方法。本文介绍了高光谱成像技术的原理、装置及图像数据处理方法,对其在棉花杂质检测、纺织品成分分析以及纺织品颜色测量等纺织检测领域的研究成果进行了总结,并结合研究现状提出了高光谱成像技术在纺织检测领域的应用方向和研究思路。
