Influence of hot pressing process on mechanical properties of bamboo fiber/PLA composites

热压成型工艺对竹纤维/PLA复合材料力学性能的影响

Abstract: For optimizing bamboo fiber/PLA composite extrusion molding process parameters, and for further study of the influence of process parameters with significant influence on the effect of compound material mechanics performance, we designed an L9 (33) orthogonal experiment, analyzed the influence factors of hot pressing molding temperature, pressure and time, and tested the tensile properties, bending properties and morphology features with the universal strength meter and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that as for the bamboo fiber/PLA composite materials, pressure has the greatest influence on the tensile and bending strength, followed by temperature, with time having the minimum effect. Among them, pressure has a significant influence on the tensile strength of the composites. When the process parameters of hot pressing were 180 ℃, 2 MPa, and 30 min, the bamboo fiber was well combined with PLA, and the tensile and bending strength of the composite reached the maximum value, being 61.43 MPa and 65.47 MPa, respectively.

摘要: 为优选竹纤维/PLA复合材料的热压成型工艺参数,并进一步研究具有显著影响的工艺参数对复合材料力学性能的影响,采用L9(33)正交试验设计,以热压成型温度、压强、时间为影响因素进行分析,并用万能强力仪、扫描电镜对其拉伸性能、弯曲性能及形貌特征进行表征分析。结果表明:对于竹纤维/PLA复合材料,压强对其拉伸及弯曲强度的影响最大,其次是温度,时间的影响最小,其中压强对复合材料拉伸强度具有显著性影响;当热压成型工艺参数为180 ℃,2 MPa,30 min时,竹纤维与PLA结合较好,复合材料的拉伸及弯曲强度都达到了最大值,分别为61.43、65.47 MPa。
