棉用抗皱剂BTP400的合成与应用

Synthesis and Application of Anti-wrinkle Agent for Cotton BTP400

摘要: 以三聚氯氰、聚乙二醇400为主要原料,合成含有双二氯均三嗪活性基团的化合物 BTP400。考察合成工艺因素对BTP400产率的影响;以红外和质谱表征产物结构,并考察BTP400浸渍整理棉织物的抗皱 性能。结果表明:成功制备了化合物BTP400;在优化后的合成工艺条件下BTP400的产率为87.3%;当BTP400的质 量浓度为12g/L时,整理棉织物的干态折皱回复角由146°提高至207°;经过30次水洗后,整理棉织物干态折皱回复 角仍达到202°,耐洗性优良,且白度及断裂强力与原织物持平。

Abstract: With cyanuric chloride and polyethylene glycol 400 as main raw materials, this study synthesizes compound BTP400 containing dual dichloro and striazine active groups, investigates the influence of synthetic process factors on BTP400 productivity, characterizes product structure with infrared and mass spectrum and investigates anti-winkle property of cotton fabrics treated with BTP400. The result shows compound BTP400 is prepared successfully; its productivity is 87.3% under synthetic process conditions after optimization; when its mass concentration is 12 g/L, dry wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabrics increases to 207° from 146°; after fabrics are washed for 30 times, dry winkle recovery angle still reaches 202°. They have good washability and their whiteness and breaking force are equal to those of original fabrics.
